The graphic world on the interenet was very different in the 1990's.  People created, and shared, much smaller pixel based graphics.  Some of the blinkies on this page were made by me and some were collected from a variety of graphics artists whose sites are now gone.  It was a fun time of sharing and making new friends.  I hope you enjoy them.
